FAQ's

DO I NEED TO ORDER MY CAKE/CUPCAKES IN ADVANCE?
Yes.  We request that you order in advance to ensure that we are able to fulfill the order.  Aside from supplying to coffee shops, weekends can be especially busy.  We want to make sure that we have the boxes/ribbons in the colors that you want for your tower and souvenirs.  Also, fondant decorations and royal icing designs can be very time consuming to make, so kindly give us as much lead time as possible.

HOW MUCH WILL MY CAKE COST?
The final price will depend on the complexity of details chosen, and each cake is quoted on an individual basis.  Most of our customers are charged from P3,000-P4,000 for a 9X5 inch round birthday cake.  Our wedding cakes start at P6,500 for a 3-tier cake.

WHAT IS THE USUAL SIZE OF YOUR CAKES?
We usually offer a 9X5 cake for birthdays as we find that this is the best size for a small gathering with about 20 guests.  Our wedding cakes are usually 5 inches tall each tier, but we also do wedding cakes that are 6 or 8 inches tall each tier if that is preferred by the client.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes.  We deliver to Antipolo, Cainta, and some areas in Marikina, Pasig and Quezon City.  Delivery charges apply depending on the location.  If your location is not included here, kindly contact us to check if we can accommodate your order. 

I DON'T HAVE A DESIGN IN MIND FOR MY CAKE.  CAN YOU HELP?
Yes!  We'll happily assist you in designing a cake for your special occasion.  Just let us know the theme and send us any materials you have and we'll design your cake.  Invitations, fabric/color swatches, inspiration boards and images or lists of your floral decorations will all assist in visualizing the look of your day and design a cake to match.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event that you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately.  If the cake has been started, cancellation will not be allowed.  If cancelled 1 week before the event, you will be charged 50% of your order.  If cancelled more than 1 week before the event, there is a cancellation fee of P500.  Please note that customized cakes take many hours/days to make, and preparation of materials, toppers, themes, etc are done many weeks before your event.  We also limit our cake orders to ensure all the cakes meet our quality and design standard.
